Berlinale - International Berlin Film Festival

Every year in February, the International Berlin Film Festival (Berlinale) is being held, with Potsdamer Platz becoming the stage for many greats of the international movie scene. With more than 200,000 tickets sold, the Berlinale is the largest public motion-picture festival in the world. Glamorous receptions and VIP lounges are part and parcel of the events taking place at the Sony Center. This year again, the complete Berlinale program will be presented on the LED video screen, including live broadcasts of the grand opening, press conferences and prize award ceremonies.
