From December 1st to January 1st, 2019, the Sony Center turns into a fabulous Christmas scenery.
„The Magic Moment“ is a modern dance show within a Christmas atmosphere under the Sony Center roof. A dancer and a ballerina dance to a mix of hip hop and classic music, while telling a Christmas story in the midst of the big city.
The show will be presented daily, every hour on the hour for the duration of twenty minutes. The show touches the heart and creates the right mood for Christmas: A bit of melancholy, a spark of love and a great deal of passion – this is the perfect blend for the „Magic Moment“.
Within a Christmas tale like ambiance, graceful elves enchant the visitors. Mythical creatures, such as the majestic pegasus and the firebird give inspiration through strength and confidence. The fabulous creatures are part of the glamorous decoration and offer great opportunities for Christmas selfies.
An extravagantly large chandelier of thousands of sapphire blue and golden lights hovers above the overall decoration and the stage. Glittering stars on the facades as well as a sea of lights on the Christmas trees merge into a fabulous Christmas world, inviting visitors to linger.
Hearty and delicious sweet food and tasty beverages are offered in Christmas huts.
