Sculptures “needful – useless”

Thomas Andrée presents sculptures with a variety of themes. Some are works in bronze with their own inner force, while others are socially critical sculptures that examine relationships between people and their environment.
Interested viewers are invited to take a closer look at these works and explore them.

Andrée’s works essentially address humans in their habitats and interpersonal relationships. Curious episodes and whimsical states of mind are a focus for his irony and self-criticism. Even if a theme seems more challenging on second glance, there is normally a tongue-in-cheek solution to the problem, true to the motto “Don’t take yourself too seriously.”
